Is-sinjal għal MORTADELLA għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 dritta bil-pala tħares lejn il-ġenb. Id-driegħ jieqaf bil-minkeb fuq it-tarf tal-id l-oħra li timtedd bil-pala tħares ’l isfel. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal ZALZETT. Iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ L fin-nofs, bil-pala tħares ’il barra u s-swaba’ tal-L jiltaqgħu jew kważi. L-idejn jimxu lejn il-ġnub waqt illi is-swaba’ jingħalqu u jinfetħu malajr ħafna drabi.
The sign for BOLOGNA SAUSAGE has two parts. (i) First, one hand takes the shape of straight 5 with palm facing the side. The arm is held upright with the elbow resting on the edge of the other hand which lies with palm facing downwards. (ii) Then the sign for SAUSAGE is made. Both hands take the shape of L, with palms facing outwards and the L fingers meet or almost. The hands move towards the side whilst the fingers close and open quickly repeatedly.
